1 Day Workplace Diversity Change & Conflict
This one-day programme develops awareness of diversity in the workplace and provides practical approaches for working constructively with differences, change, disagreement and conflict. It encourages openness, self-awareness and more effective interaction between people and teams.
The existing Liderazgo programme references outcomes associated with US 252043 - Manage a Diverse Workforce to Add Value and US 115407 - Apply the Principles of Change Management in the Workplace.
Diversity awareness, cultural differences, stereotyping, workplace change, emotional awareness, disagreements and practical conflict-management techniques.
The programme helps participants understand the concept of workplace diversity and the value of managing differences constructively. It encourages employees and employers to respond to diversity issues with openness and to recognise how attitudes, behaviour and workplace change can affect relationships and team performance.
A certificate is provided on completion of the course.
