This is a specialised Liderazgo Training Programme and one of our Signature Training Interventions.

Course Overview

The tools and techniques included have been widely and successfully used for team motivation, morale building, business improvement and increased engagement. These tools and techniques are very easy to use, practical and can be used to translate skills and knowledge into deliverables within the workplace. The key aim of the programme is to enable Leaders within the organisation to capture the Hearts and Minds of their people, create a mind-set where people are engaged, motivated and constantly looking for opportunities for improvement. Further, being more efficient and effective keeping the customer at the heart of all that they do.

The Training Session itself

The learning environment is one where learners get the best out of our sessions, knowledge is transferred to the learners using role plays, discussion activity and practical exercises. Creating a safe, fun environment where the learner can get the best out of the session.
