Course Overview

The women matters report based on research conducted by McKinsey and Company concluded that the Leadership behaviors more often applied by women reinforce a company’s organisational performance in several dimensions and are also the companies that perform the best.

Women in business are needed as an imperative for competitiveness.

The Business Motivation

Further research involving a survey of over a thousand managers from a wide range of companies revealed that leadership behaviors demonstrated by women are in short supply in today’s businesses. These behaviors, skills and language will be critical to meet the expected challenges businesses will face over the coming years. Once again advocating for more women in management positions.

Course Outline

This course has been designed with Women Leaders in mind, “holistically” leadership has the same core fundamentals for both men and women, however women face further challenges / barriers that they need to overcome. The course therefore incorporates our core learning interventions of Compelling Leadership, Effective Change Leadership and Communication and Presentation Skills. We have also incorporated further tools and techniques to help women overcome these challenges / barriers i.e.
