Workplace Essential Skills are the core skills needed for work, learning and everyday workplace participation. This QCTO Skills Programme prepares learners to function effectively as employees by developing workplace readiness, employment preparation, communication, safety awareness, professional conduct, teamwork and practical workplace competencies. Entry Requirements
- Minimum entry requirement: NQF Level 1.
- Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) may apply.
- Learners may gain access through RPL for Access or may be exempted from modules through RPL for Exemption.
