Payment

  • Invoices are payable prior to the course workshop. All payments are to be made by EFT or direct deposit and must be received 3 days prior to the commencement of the course.
  • Please quote the reference number from your invoice and organisation name so that payment can be tracked.

Cancellation

  • Cancellations will only be accepted if emailed to info@Liderazgo.co.za at least 10 days prior to the date of the course workshop. All cancellations must be acknowledged by Liderazgo and it is the duty of the organisation or delegate concerned to follow up.
  • Should a delegate/organisation cancel within 5 days prior to the course workshop, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied. However, substitute delegates will be accepted without incurring a penalty if Liderazgo is notified in writing prior to course workshop, so that we can make the necessary arrangement for the new learner.
  • Delegates failing to arrive on the day of the course workshop will result in the delegate/organisation being liable for the full payment.

Number of delegates required for course workshop

  • All Liderazgo course workshops will only go ahead if we have a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 20 delegates confirmed (applies to Public course workshops). Liderazgo reserves the right to postpone the courses with less that 8 delegates to a future date.
  • Should fewer delegates attend the set course dates, the delegates have the option of joining future course dates set for the same client.
  • If large numbers cannot attend the course dates, new course dates for the client can be set within a two month period.

Transfer of dates and Postponements

  • The transfer of dates option only applies to delegates who are transferring to a different date for the same course.
  • Transfer dates for the courses can only be made up to 5 working days prior to the course commencement, after which point the transfer or postponement is considered to be a cancellation, and the cancellation fee above will apply.

Confirmation Instructions

  • On receipt of the submitted booking form and payment we will email a confirmation letter detailing your course numbers and course dates.
